1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

This website (hereinafter "the Website") operates under the supervision of Mr. I. Kontellis (hereinafter "the Operating Body") and has the exclusive purpose of informing and promoting the village of Asomatos, Lesvos, as a tourist destination.

Access to and use of the Website implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use, which come into effect upon the user's first visit.

2. Content and Intellectual Property

a) Ownership: The entire content of the Website, including, but not limited to, texts, photographs, graphics, videos (including Drone footage), logos, designs, and software (hereinafter "the Content"), is the intellectual property of the Operating Body (or of the beneficiaries from whom permission for use has been obtained) and is protected by Greek, European Union, and international law.

b) Permission for Use: Users have the right to access, read, and browse the Website for strictly personal, non-commercial use. The copying, reproduction, republishing, modification, sale, transmission, distribution, or exploitation in any manner, wholly or partially, of the Content is prohibited without the prior written permission of the Operating Body.

c) Photographic Material: The use of photographs (especially the professional photography) for commercial purposes, or for any reproduction outside the framework of social media and the promotion of a visit to Asomatos, is strictly prohibited.

3. Limitation of Liability

a) Accuracy of Information: The Website makes every possible effort to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information published (e.g., schedules, events, routes). However, the Operating Body bears no responsibility for any inaccuracies or errors. Users are obliged to cross-reference the information before making any decision (e.g., travel planning).

b) Availability: The Operating Body does not guarantee the uninterrupted operation of the Website, free of errors or viruses, and is not responsible for any damage caused by its use or by the inability to access it.

c) Third-Party Links: The Website may contain links to other websites. The Operating Body does not control the content of these sites and is not responsible for that content or for the terms of use and privacy policy they implement.

4. User Conduct

Lawful Use: Users are obliged to use the Website in accordance with the law, public morality, and these present terms.

These Terms of Use are governed by Greek Law. For any dispute arising from these terms, the courts of Mytilene are designated as competent.
